Nutritional Biochemistry in Aquaculture and Fisheries Research on food utilization and performance qualities of growth and maturation of aquatic living resources in both aquaculture and natural ecosystems using unique combinations of different biochemical techniques developed for practically studying digestive efficiency, growth status, protein growth efficiency, dietary quality assessments, and maturation rate. The knowledge is based on a series of growth mechanisms through unique studies of genetic variations in trypsin phenotypes, with ultimately resulting in the development of the extraordinary neural computational model GrowthEstimate through digestive efficiency for precisely estimating specific growth rate of aquatic living resources at individual levels without knowing their histories about the original weights, food availability, consumption rates, and their genetics.
