POSTER PRESENTERS: IMPORTANT This is the first and final reminder that we need your one power point slide to be submitted to SEAFACTS by Friday the 6th June. ORAL PRESERTERS: IMPORTANT
The conference schedule with your oral presentation time will be placed on the web site on Monday the 9th June. Please note that you will have a 15 minute time slot, 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions. The theme session leaders have been requested to keep you to a strict time table and end the presentation after 15 minutes.
In presenting your talk, remember that many people do not have English as a first language so speak clearly and slowly. Also remember to make the writing and message on your slides large and clear, as it is a large venue.
You are also required to submit and preview your presentation the day before. For those presenting on Monday the venue will be available from 18:00 to 20:00 hrs Sunday.
If you have special requirements outside a normal Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, it is imperative that you have made a test run through your presentation in the preview room with the technical staff the day before you presentation. Last moment sticks will NOT be accepted at SEAFACTS.
