Practical information

Getting to Bergen's Flesland International Airport

The airport code is BGO and it is served by a number of airlines, the major ones being SAS and KLM. Additional details will be added as the conference approaches. Alternatively, Norwegian is a low-cost airline which is expanding its network throughout Europe.

Ferry, coach and train services

There is also a ferry-service between Bergen and Denmark (Hanstholm) and the national railway between Oslo and Bergen. Intercity coaches are running between the Norwegian cities (NorWay express and other).
Transportation

Transportation from the Bergen’s Flesland Airport to Radisson Blu Hotel Norge and Bergen city. There is a bus that shuttles guests between the airport and the hotels in the city of Bergen.

Bus fare is 95 NOK. The cost of a taxi from the airport to the hotel would be approximately 500 NOK. Simply tell the taxi or bus driver that you wish to go to the Scandic Hotel and Conference Center. They will know where it is, and they will all speak English.
 

Registration and payment

Register here for the conference NB! Number of participants will be limited to 120 persons.
Registration fee is NOK 1500 (for students NOK 1000)  and includes coffee breaks, lunches, reception and one dinner.
