Breakthrough in halibut farming
Lack of eye migration and pigmentation are the main reasons why commercial halibut farmers must discard about half of their juveniles. A new method developed by the Institute of Marine Research (IMR) ensures 85 % correct eye migration in halibut juveniles. |
