Avdeling: Dyrevelferd

Frode Oppedal is a professor scientist working on fish welfare and how aquaculture farm conditions and management should be based on biological premises. Main research field focuses on salmon and cleanerfish in sea cage environments, behavioural responses, thresholds for coping and welfare in commercial, natural fluctuating and artificial settings.
