Lisbeth Dahl is a nutritionist and obtained the Dr.Scient in human nutriton in 2003. Dahl main areas of expertise are diet, food compositon and micronutrients. Dahl main areas of expertise are intervention-, cross-sectional and longitudinal observational studies. Dahl does lecturing in nutritonal courses and supervison of Master and PhD students. Dahl is National Coordinator for the International Council for Control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Global Network (ICCIDD GN).
