The Mid Atlantic Ridge Ecosystem - MAR-ECO

MAR-ECO is an international exploratory study of the animals inhabiting the northern mid-Atlantic. Scientists from 16 nations around the northern Atlantic Ocean are participating in research of the waters around the mid-Atlantic Ridge from Iceland to the Azores. 

Centre for Ecological and Evolutionary Synthesis - CEES

The CEES is a centre for integrative biological research that has been awarded the status of a national centre of excellence by the Norwegian Research Council. The CEES is based at the Department of Biology, University of Oslo and is chaired by Professor Nils Chr. Stenseth.
